In Arabic, the word, Mehche, literally means “stuffing”, and it’s found in all Arab countries such as Lebanon, Palestine, Syria and Jordan. The dish of big gatherings, it was used to feed a large number of people, stuffed with oriental rice the chicken, the lamb or even the camel is slow cooked all together for long period of time.
